To buy through our website, simply add the items to your basket by clicking the 'Buy' button on each of the Product Pages.

With all items added to the basket, then click the 'Checkout' button on the right hand side underneath the basket. This will then take you to a page where you can choose to Register as a New Customer (useful if you may buy again from us), Fast Checkout (for one-time buyers) or login in as a Returning Customer. After making your choice, simply follow the on-screen instructions through the checkout process. You will be able to choose your Delivery Method on the Billing & Delivery page.

The last page will require you to Confirm and Pay. This will then take you through to our secure payment page... don't worry - it's totally secure with your details being processed by our payment partner 'PayPoint' who are the UK's leading Payment Service Provider.

Of course we can. Simply let us know the animal that you are after in particular and we will do our best to source it for you. It may take us a couple of weeks to get it into stock but we will do our best for you. 

All of our smaller animals are professionally packed by our warehouse staff. We use strong boxes to protect the animals from damage during transit and tissue paper to make sure they are snug on their journey to you. Therefore, your parcels should arrive in pristine condition and on time.

Hansa ride-on animals are manufactured with a lightweight internal steel frame that can support up to 100kg in weight. Please remember, stability requires adult supervision.
